Processing Time Orders are processed within 2–7 business days of purchase.

Shipping Method We ship via USPS. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation with tracking information.

Shipping Rates Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Domestic Shipping Only At this time, we only ship within the United States.

Lost or Damaged Orders If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of your delivery date. Include your order number and photos of any damage and we'll get a replacement out to you.

Address Accuracy Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
