About Us
We're Alan & Alli
The Scatter Project started the way most good things do — with a problem we couldn't stop thinking about and a belief that something small could make a real difference.
Here's what we know:
- 22 veterans die by suicide every single day.
- 1 in 8 women will be diagnosed with breast cancer in their lifetime.
- Bees and butterflies pollinate 1 out of every 3 bites of food you eat — and their populations are collapsing.
- Wildflowers are one of the simplest, most powerful ways to restore pollinator habitats.
- And most people genuinely want to do something good — they just don't know where to start.
So we built a starting point.
How It Works
Every Scatter Pack is matched to a cause. The wildflowers inside are chosen to reflect that cause — its colors, its story, its spirit. And a portion of every single sale is donated to that cause, tied to a real statistic. Nothing arbitrary. Nothing vague. Just real impact from real purchases.
You choose your cause. You scatter your seeds. You watch something beautiful grow — while funding real change.
No green thumb required. No perfect conditions needed. Wildflowers grow in backyards, on balconies, along roadsides. If there's a patch of earth, there's a chance for something to bloom.
The Part That Matters Most
Every single pack is hand-packed by us. Alan and Alli. In our home. Not a warehouse. Not a fulfillment center. Us.
We don't count seeds. We just make sure there's enough to make the world a little more beautiful, one pack at a time.
We're a small business with a big heart and an even bigger mission. We're not trying to be the next big brand. We're trying to scatter goodness — and save lives while we're at it.
Scattered Seeds. Save Lives.
That's not just our tagline. It's our whole thing.
Thanks for being here. Thanks for scattering with us. 🌸
